we can over a RMA direct handling to you only If you agree to the following terms
1.you are responsible for to-and-from freight charge to our Europe service center(the Shipping in cost and pay 25,- € for Shipping and Handling after repair before we send back)
2. the item will only be repaired if there is no customer induced damage and repairable.
3. if the damage is not covered by warranty or not repairable, the service center will return the device as it is (without repair).
4. swap/credit/refund can only proceed through your retailer.
If you agree to these terms, please fill out attached RMA Request Form and send together with a copy of the purchases invoice back to us. All further information, we will give you in the answer mail.
If you don’t agree to these terms, please contact your reseller, where you bought the product, and let them assist you with the RMA service.

Voici le mail que j'ai reçu. Similaire à un autre abonné. Je trouve dingue que tout frais soit à ma charge mais qu'importe. Je vais envoyer ma carte mère et voir le retour qu'on me propose.
Il s'agit d'envoyer un fichier RMA avec la carte mère à quel adresse ?
J'ai fais un diagnostique complet par un professionnel de l'informatique (chez ldlc). Il me confirme bien que le problème vient bien de la carte mère après 1 an de bon fonctionnement. Problème matériel.
J'espère avoir une réparation où voir un remplacement.
Je ne cache pas que sans satisfaction, non seulement je blacklist la marque définitivement mais, je ne manquerais pas de faire de la pub à tout mes abonnés.
